This is simple remix from below spool holder. It is meant to be used with Sapphire Plus CoreXY printer as it has specific measurements not adhering to any other standard (or at least, that's my guess :) ). You will need to print two of the main spool brackets which you can find in this thingy and 2 x spool sides which you can find in the main thingy below.
