Sapphire Plus DD drag chain mounts

A mount for the Sapphire Plus in Direct Drive setup. Includes a modified direct drive mount on which you can attach one end of the drag chain and a frame mount on which you attach the other end of the chain. The frame mount doesn't involve removing any bolts from the frame. You simply use the two existing holes that you would normally use for the cable clip (cable clip can be used in combination with the mount). I inserted 3 M3 bolts in the frame mount and pushed them in carefully with a soldering iron so that they they stay firmly in place when you bolt in the drag chain.
