Easy to print double fan plate for Two Trees Sapphire Plus motherboard. Fits great standard place for original 4020 fan. Also have place for LM2596. Works great and absolutely quiet at near 10 volts. All screw holes adapted for M3 screws. For best and maximum quiet perfomance I recommend to use double sized glue tape with some foam spacer. You will also need: M3 8mm screw - 2 pieces to assemble with LM2596
