Updated on May 30, 2018, the model features added versions in .dxf and .blend formats, boasting 12 building groups (compared to the previous 8) for increased variety. The area coverage is larger with a better optimization of polygons and points/vertex. This 3D model is now compatible with the Sao Paulo Road Network 3D Model. Compatible file formats include .c4d (native), .fbx v7.1, .dae v1.5, .dxf, .obj, and the older versions are still accessible upon purchase. The model, based on real data of Sao Paulo Downtown area in Brazil, offers a realistic representation of buildings and streets. It has 8 setup groups for adding variety to building colors and textures, with an option to turn these groups on or off. UV mapped with overlapping UVs, the model is positioned on a flat surface without elevation data. Its geometry consists of polygonal quads and tris, rendering untextured and quickly. The 3D model is licensed for commercial use under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareALike 2.0 (CC-BY-SA) license, with building and street data sourced from OpenStreetMap. Points/verts amount to 8255432, while polygon count is 6622667.
