SANWA OBSF-24 ARCADE BUTTON

This is a conversion kit for Sanwa 30 sized button to 24 sized buttons. I originally used these for testing out hitbox design when I didn't own any 24 sized buttons, but had bunch of 30 sized buttons laying around. Now I used them for start/option buttons etc. The 30 sized triggers will fit right into these. Just make sure the extrusion multiplier for your filament is on point! (0.45 mm wall thickness on test prints).

Use PETG or make sure you don't have very brittle PLA as the tabs can brake when you insert the buttons, and be very gentle when you insert the printed button into the housing.

Print settings:

Use pre-supported parts, regular support tend to mess up the screw threads.

PLA or PETG (I use PETG)

Layer height: 0.15 - 0.2

100% Infill

Support: Yes, but it is already built into the design
