Sanwa JLF TP-8YT-SK Bat Top with Thread

A Remix of "Bat top for Sanwa joystick leber" by user okayumoka. I decided to remix it because upon inspecting their work, the stl files came with no thread, and so, I put a thread on it.

Ever wanted to try a bat top on your Sanwa lever, but don't want to pay for shipping since you're unsure if you'd like it? Try printing one of these first!

I've made an additional shortened version of the bat top (Which is my preference. I don't actually think they sell shortened bat tops anywhere.).

The thread works great with my Sanwa JLF TP-8YT-SK lever. Due to the nature of the material, these won't hold up of you ride the gate a lot when you play (or if you rage and abuse the stick a lot.). For standard play, these should hold up nicely.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Creality

Printer:

Ender 3

Rafts:

Yes

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

40%

Filament: eSun PLA+ Fire Engine Red

Notes:

PRE-REQUISITE FOR EXACT PRINT SETTINGS:
* Install the "Custom Supports" version 0.1.0 mod by Krasimir Stefanov on the Cura Marketplace. * The Cura version used for this print of mine is version 4.10.0
Printer model: Ender 3 V2

Filament: eSun PLA+

Filament Color: Fire Engine Red

Layer Height: 0.2mm

Initial Layer Height: 0.2mm

Line Width: 0.4mm

Wall Thickness: 0.8mm (Light use)

OR

Wall Line Count: 10 (Heavy duty)

Top/Bottom Thickness: 0.8mm

Top Thickness: 0.8mm

Top Layers: 4

Bottom Thickness: 0.8mm

Bottom Layers: 4

Enable Ironing: YES

Infill Density: 40%

Infill Pattern: Zig Zag

Printing Temperature: 205C

Printing Temperature Initial Layer: 205C

Build Plate Temperature: 60C

Build Plate Temperature Initial Layer: 60C

Flow: 100%

Initial Layer Flow: 100%

Printer Speed: 72 mm/s

Infill Speed: 72 mm/s

Outer Wall Speed: 36 mm/s

Inner Wall Speed: 55 mm/s

Top/Bottom Speed: 55 mm/s

Support Speed: 36 mm/s

Travel Speed: 180 mm/s

Initial Layer Speed: 20 mm/s

Enable Retraction: YES

Retraction Distance: 6.0 mm

Retraction Speed 45 mm/s

Enable Print Cooling: YES

Fan Speed: 100%

Generate Support: NO (I use a plugin called "Custom Supports" by Krasimir Stefanov, available on the Cura Marketplace.
