Instructions For A Unique Gift Firstly, download and print the design of a lump of coal sized to 60% - omitting support material entirely. You can either have this piece printed in black or paint it black after printing. Next, prepare for printing by obtaining Santa-sized base design at a scale of 70%. Omit support materials during this step as well. When the print job is at exactly 44% completion, promptly remove the printer head and manually insert the previously prepared coal. If your 3D printer lacks pausing functionality, try printing a secondary piece (such as a square tower) adjacent to Santa's base, with both projects being executed simultaneously. Then, when you reach 44%, stop printing on Santa's piece momentarily. You should then drop the lump of coal quickly onto the unfinished project before re-commencing your print operation. Upon completion of both designs, it is possible to encounter loose strings - these can be easily removed. This procedure minimizes hassle and results in cleaner final output compared to traditional support usage. Once both Santa's base and coal are complete, ensure a detailed paint job on Santa for added aesthetic value before handing the custom-made gift ornament to its designated recipient.
