Santa Hat - Christmas decoration that fits onto the top of a bottle of Bubbly!

Great Christmas decoration! This Santa Hat has been carefully crafted to fit perfectly atop a bottle of Bubbly or wine, adding a festive touch during the holiday season. Simply place it on before opening the bottle and reuse as a cover after opening - just be sure not to rely on it for a tight seal. The design boasts an innovative internal shape that ensures the hat sits stylishly back when perched atop an open bottle. This clever feature is made possible by an angled internal surface that expertly orients the hat in its optimal position. Not only can this Santa Hat be used as a decorative piece, but it's also incredibly easy to print. By adjusting the 1mm Raft Base, you can seamlessly transition from white to red at approximately 39% (16mm) and back again to white at about 92% (73mm), all using a Replicator 2. Standard printing yields a hole in the base that measures around 32.5mm in diameter, providing a snug fit on Bubbly bottles with wire and foil still intact. The design can be easily resized to accommodate other bottle types, such as beer bottles. Additional .stl files have been included - alt_support and no_support - to cater to different slicing apps and machines' capabilities. The alt_support version is necessary for certain slicing apps that struggle with thin or fine support designs within the original .stl file. This thicker support option helps these apps recognize the support, but may result in slightly longer print times and increased filament usage. On the other hand, the no_support .stl features minimal to no designed-in support. To ensure a successful print, it's recommended to use automated support with this option.
