This text describes a unique Santa hat accessory - a bobble with a built-in rotary encoder and Adafruit NeoPixels. The bobble comprises three parts: the base which securely attaches to the hat using a cable tie, an inner plate that houses the rotary encoder and up to 6 NeoPixels from a 1m strip, and a top piece acting as the knob for the rotary encoder.
