Sansaire Impeller Housing

Sansaire Impeller Housing

After my impeller housing broke off both mounting arms on my Sansaire immersion circulator, I drew up a new one. It's slightly thicker. This is the original Sansaire from the first Kickstarter. Newer versions are likely very different. I've gone through a few heat cycles and it seems to be working just fine. Print Settings Printer: D300VS Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3mm Infill: 20% Notes: Since you are dealing with high temperature water, potentially near boiling, you should use a high temp plastic like ABS or HT-PLA. I used ProSpec PLA from protoparadigm.com and annealed in a 110C oven for 30 minutes. You should also rotate it 90 degress so the flat side is down, prior to printing.
