Sansaire Impeller Housing
thingiverse
After my original Sansaire immersion circulator's impeller housing snapped off both mounting arms, I designed a new one from scratch. It has a slightly thicker build than the original. This design is based on the first Kickstarter model, and newer versions are likely to have significant differences. I've tested it through several heat cycles, and it works flawlessly so far. Print Details Printer: D300VS Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 20% Notes: When working with scalding hot water that's nearly boiling, use a high-temperature plastic like ABS or HT-PLA for the best results. I used ProSpec PLA from protoparadigm.com and annealed it in a 110C oven for 30 minutes to achieve optimal performance. To print it smoothly, rotate the design 90 degrees so that the flat side faces down.
