Sansa ClipZip Clip "Case"

A Custom Clip-Case for Sandisk Sansa Clip Zip Players. To create this custom clip-case, the factory clip must be removed and the bumps sanded down to a smooth finish, ideally after the clip has broken. The design is based on inflam52's version of the clip-case, but I took it a step further by creating my own unique "case". This was quite a challenge, as getting the player in and out requires some finesse. However, since I don't intend to remove the player often, securing it firmly is more important than ease of removal. One corner has been carefully cut back, allowing USB cables to fit through easily due to the shallow port on the Sansa Clip Zip. A Fusion 360 export of this design is included for those who want to explore the intricacies of its creation. Please note that I took a few detours during the design process, but the end result is a sturdy and functional clip-case that meets my needs perfectly.
