Sans Mask

Sans Mask

Human: A mask of Sans from Undertale. Mask can be printed with any settings as long as you have supports. It is a bit heavy and will take a while to print. Took 24 hours on my Taz 5 with a 3.2 layer height. Model created in Maya and then cut down in Tinkercad. Don't have a printer this big? Check out Komb's remix of this model that was sliced and added a hole in the nose here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1856480 Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 3.2 Infill: 25 Notes: Can be printed with a Brim as well. Will need supports and post production. Recommend to be printed in ABS as ABS is easier to do post cleanup work with. Post-Printing: Post-production involves sanding and painting to make the mask look better, adding foam for a more comfortable fit, and wearing it once supports are removed. Fresh off the printer, After several hours of sanding, After painting and sealing the mask, Added an El wire and painted his face black. The battery pack for the El wire was in his pocket. Here it looks okay, but at night, it looked great! Sadly, I couldn't get any night pictures of it.
