I made this thing, you can see it at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1204005. I used the Customizer to make it, which is a tool that lets me create things and then print them out on a 3D printer. You can use this Customizer to make your own versions of my thing. Here are the instructions for how to use the options: holeDia - This option determines how big around the holes will be in my thing. Right now, I have it set at 3.5, but you can change that if you want. zSize - This is the thickness of my thing. Mine is currently 3 units high, but you can make yours thicker or thinner if you like. myColor - I picked yellow as the color for this thing because it looked nice, but you can pick any other color you want too! textSize - This option decides how big the text will be on my thing. Currently it's set to 8 units high, but you can make it bigger or smaller if you'd like. myFont - I picked Liberation Sans as the font because it looked neat, but you could pick any other font that looks cool to you too! ySize - This option decides how wide my thing is going to be. Mine is currently 15 units across, but you can make yours wider or narrower if you want. myText - Right now, this option has the word "Sandy" on it because I was trying out some things and decided to add that name in. But you could put any other words there too! xSize - This is how long my thing will be. Mine is currently 45 units long, but you can make yours longer or shorter if you want. textHeight - This option determines how high up from the bottom of the thing my text will start to show up. Mine's set at 2 right now, but you could make it lower or higher depending on what looks good to you!
