Sandwich Quad
thingiverse
I thought I'd have some fun and launch a two-tier quad for kicks. Running 8.5mm brushed motors Beef's Brushed Board is used, aka BBB A single-cell lithium polymer battery powers it A camera mount is needed, which can be found here: http://www.banggood.com/Eachine-EF-01-AIO-5_8G-40CH-25MW-VTX-800TVL-13-Cmos-FPV-Camera-p-1064301.html But without the case! It flies really well and has a funky design. To assemble it, you'll need to wrap an elastic band around one of the top cutouts and then secure the other end with a cable tie after wrapping the elastic band around the adjacent cutouts. The lipo battery hangs underneath The receiver is mounted on top of the flight controller You will also need 1 elastic band 4 M3 nylon standoffs 8 approximately 5mm long nylon screws 1 BBB 1 micro receiver 4 8.5mm brushed motors 4 propellers to suit the motor shaft 1 camera with the protective case removed Double-sided tape to secure the flight controller onto the frame
