I built a hand-held sanding tool that cradles my sandpaper securely, keeping my fingers dry and comfortable. The ergonomic design makes it easy to maneuver around curved edges or smooth flat surfaces with precision. I created this tool using Sketchup, which allowed me to visualize the design before printing it. To assemble the tool, simply slide the sandpaper into the top slot, allowing any excess paper to roll onto the handle as needed. When I printed my tool vertically with a 20% infill, it turned out incredibly strong and sturdy. This means I can work with confidence, knowing the tool will withstand even the toughest sanding jobs.
