Sandpaper 150mm Disks Organizer (optimized for ez printing)
thingiverse
Just a small iteration of lobrico's model. Their model is simple, customizable, and does not use a lot of plastic (all things I really liked about it). However, printing the main body required the use of supports or adequate bridging parameters, and I am just too dumb and lazy to have ever really gotten my bridges to look nice. I modified lobrico's print to make it easier to print by removing the large horizontal overhangs that required bridging and replacing them with printer-friendly triangles. I also chamfered the ribs that hold the dividers to further ease printing. Lastly, I modified the cutouts on the dividers so that they can be printed standing up so that many can be fit on a single print (as I am lazy and don't want to print the same piece out over and over again). These were minor changes to lobrico's design as I found it otherwise on the money. If you are working with 5" sanding discs I found that scaling everything down to 85% worked well.
