Sandisk Cruzer Slice 4GB New Housing

A few months ago, I bought a Sandisk Cruzer Slice USB drive with a slide-in-slide-out function. Unfortunately, the locking mechanism failed quickly, requiring constant holding of the release handle to prevent closure during plugging. To solve this issue, I decided to create a new case for it. I laser-cut three pieces from 3mm acrylic – two clear top and bottom panels, and one red core and flame panel as the center slice. To assemble, carefully open the USB stick, put together the three acrylic pieces (be cautious of static sensitivity), and use water-thin acrylic glue for a secure hold.
