This is specifically tailored to fit the 1/4" x 12" sanding belts available on Amazon. The source file was created using Fusion 360, and as such, I'm uncertain about its compatibility with downloaded files. To achieve extra strength, the print was laid flat and rotated as shown. In order to minimize waste, 100% fill was utilized, which may seem excessive but has minimal impact given the small size of the item.
