There are numerous exceptional sanding sticks available here on Thingiverse. I frequently utilize the pointed or curved ends. When the sandpaper becomes worn out, I must replace the entire strip. To address this issue, I designed sanding sticks equipped with an adjustable hold-down clip. By unscrewing the 4-40 screws and moving them forward (or backward) to another set of holes, a new portion of the sandpapers is positioned on the ends. The design enables repositioning approximately four to five times. The holes are undersized for 4-40 machine screws, so it's necessary to cut the thread with a screw. Enjoy your sanding experience!
