Sanding Sticks for Small Things

This collection features shaped sticks for sanding hard-to-reach areas; users attach sandpaper to the tips. The creator initially used CA Glue but plans to try PSA Glue for easier paper removal and reusability. A quick 3D sketch showcased various designs, all proving useful, with 5 and 8mm sizes working well. Thicker sticks may be necessary depending on the task. These tools can be employed for light shaping, surface prep, and cleaning. Designed in Sketchup and exported as STL files, they were printed on a Mendel90 using ABS; PLA and possibly Nylon are also viable materials.
