Sanding Sticks
thingiverse
I use these to sand inside sax and clarinet mouthpieces. Use foam adhesive Sellotape 12 x 25mm Sticky Fixers to attach various grits of sandpaper to the ends of the sticks. Ends can be flat or curved or one of each. I use 120, 220, and 320 grits then finish with 0000 steel wool. The sticks without pads are useful for sop sax and Bb clarinet mouthpieces and also curved sidewalls and baffles. You can change the width of the pads in the OpenSCAD program for smaller mouthpieces too. But you will need to cut down the width of the Sticky Fixers.
