Update 05.08.2019: A user brought up a challenge with cutting out the sanding stripes for my tool. In response, I added a marking / cut-out tool (Schablone.stl). Due to its large size, if you cannot print it, consider asking a friend with a larger printer to create it for you or simply order it printed from thingiverse. This easy and quick printable sanding stick requires 2 M3x16 metric screws and hex nuts. For fast installation, use the Mini M3 hex key wrench by DrLex: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1959962 For maximum stability, print this tool with PLA that has at least 50% infill. Even better results can be achieved by printing it in PETG or ABS. I personally used PETG with 50% infill. There are other sanding sticks available on thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2259838, which are too large for RF100 printers and require adaptations to the screw holes after downscaling. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2404850 is another option, but I found that the screws did not work well with it. In response, I created this sanding stick with a smaller size and metal screws, which works perfectly for me.
