I designed this sanding disk specifically for my grinder and it's performing exceptionally well with an M10 screw, but I believe it can be easily adapted to accommodate an M14. To optimize its functionality, I think it would be beneficial to add Velcro to the pad so that the sanding paper adheres securely to it.
