sanding disc adapter (90 mm to 3" or 77mm paper) with dust extraction

I'm looking for a versatile sanding disk adapter, like the one for Festool's 90mm electric version, to fit my 77mm air orbital sander or standard 3-inch sanding paper. I recently received some 3" sanding discs as a gift and I appreciate using them. With all dust extraction features intact, including the central hole that guides airflow under the disc, I'm good to go. To make use of these new discs, I started by attaching an old sanding paper to the adapter using glue, allowing it to stick securely onto my machine. On the other side, a piece of foam rubber serves as a cushion before being attached to a hook tab.
