I just secured two clamps to hold the paper in place using four M5x20mm screws and nuts. Make sure not to forget the washer or the screw might get too deep into the material. The STL file is designed for a sandpaper size of 230x93mm, but you can easily modify it with the provided SCAD-file to suit your specific needs.
