Sanding Block Bolt tester
thingiverse
Not a remix, but a tool to ensure you're printing bolts correctly. This is actually the real bolt hole in the model, transformed into a nut that fits snugly around your bolt. To create this testing nut, I simply sliced the model down slightly and notched it in a way that allows for easy grip with your fingers. Print this with the exact same settings used for the block, or don't – you can experiment as you see fit. Included is a 3mf file from Microsoft 3D Builder, perfect for those who want to use it instead of printing bolts and models repeatedly until they get it right. Since this nut comes directly from the actual model, it's the real deal.
