<p>This design is based on this model <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/30345-sanding-block.">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/30345-sanding-block.</a> Have a good one Mr.President.</p><p>The original model has a few flaws that make it unusable. So I made my own, heavily inspired by his model hence the link at the start, but adding some QOL improvements.</p><ul><li>The nuts are now inside the block providing a smoot sanding surface.</li><li>I added a sacrificial layer to the holes to make them print nice.</li></ul><p>You'll need 2xM5 nuts and 2x16mm M5 bolts.</p><p><strong>PRINTING</strong></p><ol><li>Print <strong>ONLY </strong>at 0.2mm layer height.</li><li>Use the pre-sliced files or add a stop to insert nuts.</li><li>No supports are necessary.</li></ol>
