Sanding Block 3-2/3 in x 4-1/2 in Sheet

I know there's already a million sanding blocks out there. Now there's one more! This new sanding block is designed specifically for half sheets of the 3-2/3 x 9 inch sheets commonly sold in the US. Replacing sheets is incredibly easy, and getting the sheet tight in the tool before clamping with the knob takes just seconds. The firm clamping action ensures a slip-free grip. To assemble this sanding block, you'll need to print three .stl files from the file list. Additionally, you'll require one each of 1/4 inch flat washer, 1/4-20 Hex Nut and 1/4-20x 2-1/2 long hex bolt. As with all my designs, I've included a step file so you can customize this project to suit your needs. For example, you could easily resize the holes and pockets for metric bolts or modify the sides for different sheet sizes.
