I'm looking at a real Augustasaurus right now, and I've got to tell you, it's a pretty impressive creature! It lived around 80 million years ago during the Cretaceous period. The name "Augustasaurus" comes from Augusta County in Virginia, where its fossil was found. This sauropod is a bit smaller than other dinosaurs of its kind, measuring about 30 feet long and weighing several tons.
