A section of a corridor on the upper level of the catacombs showcases an arched recess with a depression for a lamp at its base and two rectangular openings above it. The niche is adorned with a bust of a deceased woman in a praying position, flanked by two open books featuring the names of Jesus' four apostles - John, Mark, Matthew, and Luke. A Christogram sits atop her head. Her name is inscribed as Bitalia, alongside the phrase "BITALIA IN PACE" (in peace). Faded white letters on a red background above the niche are difficult to decipher. The artwork has been dated to the 5th-6th century AD based on current analysis.
