San Antonio Skyline Magnet
thingiverse
I liked the design ipreventdeath made, but I wanted to be able to hang it on my fridge. I also added some text to the front of the buildings. I used 10mm diameter x 2mm deep magnets that I press fit into the back. The z 50% file is set up so it isn't so bulky on the fridge, but the magnets will still fit correctly and the letters will still stick out correctly if you scale the z axis down 50% MANUALLY in your slicer. Otherwise if you want it bulky or want a desk toy, I included the original file I made to be printed full scale. If I was a good engineer I would fix the scaling problem for you, but you guys get my shotty designing skills so you have to scale the z 50% file yourself. Post some pics if you print it! I just colored the letters in with a sharpie, but if you really wanted to get fancy, you could change the filament color 3-4 layers from the top!
