Frodo wouldn't have gotten far without Sam. Here's my humble attempt at capturing Samwise Gamgee from the Lord of the Rings Trilogy in a sculpt - it's only my second one, but I'm thrilled with how it turned out! If you decide to print this model, please do share a photo - it would make my day! This design was created with printing in mind, and as such, minimal support is required. Be sure to check for potential issues on the steep overhang of the chin and the hair around the ears. The sculpt was crafted using Sculptris and combined in Meshmixer, while the base model was designed in Fusion 360. The model shown here was printed with Prusa Azure Blue Tough resin on my SL1, and it looks fantastic!
