Remington Quick Cut HC4250 hair clipper guard 5mm - 13/64"

Cults3D meltech 2.3 USD 3D Printable

5mm - 13/64" guard for the Remington Quick Cut HC4250 hair Clipper.
The design conforms to the curved blade as the original ones so the cut length stays the same along the whole cutting line. It's also been tried and tested to ensure it fits snugly in its place.
Some printed examples can be seen in the attached pics. Those were printed with a 0.6 nozzle at 0.2 layer height, so some postprocessing was needed. It can be printed with higher resolution for a smoother result, But some sanding will be inevitable if you're printing it with FDM.
The STLs orientation provides a good balance between part strength and need of support in my experience. It could (and probably should) be further tweaked for your printer setup and particularities, of course.
If you're absolutely comfortable with your supports configuration and ease of removal, you could try to print the part flat for a nicer finish.
Organic supports are highly advisable.
