This is a replacement oscillation cam for a Samsung SF-1200A fan. It may fit other models and brands of similar vintage like Sunbeam, Sanyo, Panasonic, Galaxy, Airmaster, Frigidaire, NorthernAire or Lasko. The large hole was bored out with a "letter O" drill bit. The screw hole was enlarged with a 1/8th inch drill bit. Your extrusion may vary. I replaced the roll pin with a #5 machine screw because I lost it.
