This is an adaptation I made for my power wheelchair. I spend most of my time in the chair and occasionally need to remove the phone quickly. I wanted a way to do that easily and make charging as reliable as possible. To achieve this, I used several key components. First, I installed a wireless charger directly into the mount. This allows someone to slide the phone out without having to disconnect anything. It's super handy when going to a movie and needing to give my phone to the ticket person. The other thing I wanted to make easy was removing the whole mount. I used a magnetic USB cable that I'll link to below. The cable pops off, and the entire rig slides off of my chair. I do want to mention that the hole for the camera isn't quite right. Since I don't really use it, I didn't bother redesigning it.
