Samsung S6 Protection Cover

Here's the protection cover for my Samsung S6 that I came up with. It fits perfectly and gets the job done. Also works well with my wireless charger holder - you can check out how to do it at www.thingiverse.com/thing:1029673. Print Settings: Printer: The Wanhao Duplicator 4S is the printer I used. Rafts: Yes, I chose to print a raft for better results. Supports: No supports were necessary - this cover fits like a glove! Resolution: A 0.1mm resolution was what I aimed for and got with no issues at all. Infill: 50% infill worked wonders for this particular print job - it added strength without bulking up the design. Notes: Here are some important notes about my process: I printed on a raft with a separation of 0.2mm to improve surface quality. The bed temperature was set to a whopping 110 degrees and the print temp to a very precise 235 degrees. Overall, this is one fine cover but even better after giving it a steam treatment for just 45 seconds in Acetone.
