We use Nightscout for uploading data from my Medtronic insulin pump directly into my smartphone. I upload with a USB OTG cable plugged into the S5, which keeps the plug securely in place and prevents it from getting damaged or dislodged. I used hot glue to attach the Contour Next 2.4 glucose meter firmly to the back of my phone.
