Samsung s10e case

I'm trying to open a case on my Samsung S10 smartphone, but it's not cooperating! The process is a bit more complicated than I thought it would be. First, I need to go into the settings menu and select "About phone." From there, I can choose the option that says "Contact us" or "Send feedback." This will open up a new screen where I can enter my issue and attach any relevant screenshots or files. I'm having trouble with my Samsung S10's battery life. It seems like it's draining really quickly, even when I'm not using it much. I've tried adjusting the settings to turn off location services and Bluetooth, but that hasn't seemed to make a difference. Can someone please help me figure out what's going on?
