Samsung PCB LED Bar Holder
thingiverse
This design is tailored for a Voron 2.2, but it should be compatible with all 2020 Extrusions. The mount accommodates some 50 cm PCB LEDs that can be found online. I'm not certain if this form factor is common, but it's available on at least three stores here, so I assume it's widespread. I'm utilizing a 24V Samsung module for this project. You can visit the following link to compare: https://www.iled.com/urun/3000k-2835-smd-samsung-led-bar-ic-mekan-35-led-24v-50cm These LEDs can be cut into sections every 10 cm, so the provided .stl file is designed for this specific size. Simply use multiple mounts to accommodate longer lengths. On a 350 Voron 2.2 with top extrusions, you can mount up to 14 modules simultaneously, which is my current plan (WIP). The mounts are angled at 15 degrees to ensure even lighting. To assemble the mounts, you'll need one m3 screw and one m3 nut per module, along with one or two m5 screws and tnuts.
