I didn't find one available on Thingyverse, so I combined two designs in Tinkercad. It's just a test, but I'm not sure that the 28mm height will allow the Pentax lens to cover the sensor's focal plane. I used this for the Pentax side: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15162 and this for the Samsung NX side: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:429294. Hopefully, this is useful to someone and it will still work in progress.
