Samsung Gear S3 Flex watchband

This is a 22mm band designed specifically for the Samsung Gear S3 smartwatch, but it can also fit other 22mm watches that require a sturdy and cool look. As a maker, I got tired of searching for bands that met my needs, so I decided to create one myself. The design is robust, matching the watch's style, and doesn't require any additional components. It features a snap-on type fit, which I call macro-velcro, providing a secure closure. To achieve a cool bicolor look, I recommend changing the filament color at 2 or 3mm height. Part 3 requires baseplate support, and I'm using Ninjaflex due to its strength, but any TPE material will work. This design looks best on larger wrists. I've also included an adapter for other 22mm bands, just in case you need it. To print the adapter, use PLA or ABS (not flex). Enjoy! (11-JUL-2017): Production has started, and minor enhancements have been made. The watch fit has been angled at 20º, and the pin hole has been raised by 1mm to secure a snugger fit. A longer band is also available for bigger wrists. I've updated the design and STLs accordingly. When the prints are complete, I'll post high-res pictures of the new builds. (10-JUL-2017): Quick B&W lo-res build pics have been added (0.2mm layer, NinjaFlex). While there's still room for improvement, keep an eye out for further updates... (09-JUL-2017): Main tests are complete, and I've removed the work-in-progress status. Working models are now available, and I've updated the STLs and sources. The grip on the watch has been enhanced, and the buckle's STL has been rebuilt to resolve a tricky render problem (it was a bit of a challenge, but it works now). The strap ends have also been rounded for a more refined look. Minor tests are still underway, but I'm pleased with how it's performing so far. Maybe I'll post a longer strap for those with larger wrists – just ask if you need one! The 22mm adapter STL has also been added (ABS/PLA). (07-JUL-2017): This project has officially started. A work-in-progress prototype has been posted, and tests are pending. I'd love to hear your feedback, but since none was received, I'm continuing my research on my own...
