Samsung gas stove top rubber foot part and mold
thingiverse
Update 2. Recreated the design file from stlUpdate. Standard resin prints are not compatible with platinum cure silicone (the 50/50 mix ones) and will prevent curing. I am now trying to build my replacement feet directly into the grill using a thin plastic shims (sliced expired credit card), held in place with spray tacky glue, to support the grill. Before adding the silicone picked out the little rubber nub and I cleaned the cooktop and cast iron with acetone. The little square rubber feet on my Samsung gas stove have failed and are not available from Samsung without also buying the cast iron parts (over $100 each). If you can find a suitable flexible, high temp material to print or a suitable silicone putty to mold then this may help. The mold should be held in a vice while the part is curing. Unfortunately Fusion 360 crashed and killed the saves so no design files this time. I still don't know what material would work best. If you can find a useful material then post it in the comments. Don't make it from anything that could melt or burn at the elevated temperatures under the cooktop.I wish that Samsung would make parts available for their stuff. With their fridge and icemaker problems and the lack of parts for the stove tops I think I will avoid them next time.
