Samsung's Galaxy Tab A boasts an 8.0-inch Gold display. The model files are available in Max format with V-Ray, mental ray, and Standard (Scanline) materials, while other formats offer mesh-only options that require material reapplication. High-resolution renders and close-ups benefit from the textures' quality. Rendering was done using 3ds Max 2011 and V-ray 2.0. The native format is 3DS Max 2011, and you can increase poly count with Meshsmooth and TurboSmooth levels. The 3ds Max format includes V-Ray materials and textures, while standard materials are available without V-Ray shaders. .obj and .3ds formats offer geometry with texture mapping coords but no attached materials. Textures are in JPEG format, and the original file is in 3DS Max 2011 format. Big-size textures are included, and both Standard and Vray materials are provided in the 3D max file. The model features a hi-poly design with meshsmooth and TurboSmooth modifiers, and all materials are named. Note that V-Ray is required for the V-Ray 3ds Max scene setup, which isn't included.
