Phone Case for Samsung Galaxy S9. Designed with flexibility in mind, this phone case is made to be printed using TPU filament, allowing it to bend and conform to the shape of your phone. To get it onto the device, you'll need to apply some gentle pressure. This design builds upon the original work by fpikus, which can be found within the SCAD file included in this version. We've made some key updates to enhance its functionality: * The USB socket hole has been enlarged to accommodate larger plugs, and we've fine-tuned the positioning of other holes for a better fit. * New definitions have been added for headphone socket, lower speaker, and microphone holes. The headphone socket hole is set at 6mm in diameter, while the circular openings for the headphone socket and top/bottom mic holes are controlled by their respective heights. We've also introduced additional configuration options to adjust the lateral and vertical offsets of holes on the top, bottom, and sides. Note that this model is centered, so offsets are calculated from its center line. In this updated version: * The USB socket hole has been repositioned vertically, along with the buttons on the sides. * We've included a 2.5mm opening around the USB socket for the cable housing. * Support for beveling openings has been added using the scale argument in linear_extrude to produce the desired effect. * "Button cover" strips have been incorporated into the openings over buttons. * Some constants were adjusted, including the corner radius, to improve the fit. Vertical supports within holes have been removed from the model, as it printed well without them. We've also updated variables and comments for clarity, distinguishing between the top/bottom sides and the front/back of the case. This design was created using OpenSCAD 2015.03 and Microsoft Visual Studio Code on macOS Mojave.
