Samsung Galaxy S5 Stand (Magnetic Charger) V2 This design builds on my previous creation, which can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3394396 The cable-fastening screw showed signs of wear after extended use, so I replaced it with a clip-on solution. I also tweaked the front design and made some measurement adjustments, but the overall structure remains identical to its predecessor. Here are the general details about this project: "The concept is simple: once you place your phone in the stand, charging begins automatically, eliminating the need for manual plugging. To make this work, a permanently attached USB adapter is necessary; I use one that's extremely compact, allowing me to carry my phone with the adapter safely tucked away in my pocket. You can find the exact model I'm using here: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B06XQZMHMT This design was initially created for my Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo, but it should work seamlessly with any smartphone that meets certain dimensions: no thicker than 10 mm and no wider than 72 mm, with a central USB port. I designed this stand using SolidWorks, sliced the model with Cura, and printed it on an Anet A8 without any support material. Update: I've been using this design for almost a month now, and it's performed flawlessly. The cable-fastening mechanism remains secure, and the automatic charging feature continues to work as intended – no wear or hassle whatsoever.
