BloodBlight's S4 mini dock design is a great fit for my wife's phone. I adapted their full-sized version for her needs. The modified dock includes EricW's USB adapter (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:155449), all on one build plate. I added an integrated stop for the USB adapter holder to ensure proper positioning. Print the STL build plate file for all necessary parts, including the dock, USB cable holder sections, and rear cable cap that secures the cable in place.
