Mounting hole distance is 38mm. Fits my Megane 3 mount. If you require anything different add a comment and I'll be happy to help. This is designed to be printed without supports. I'd recommend extra bottom and top layers to increase functional strength and this also allows you to enable ironing for a smooth finish without melting into the infill. I printed with 0.16 layer height and 50% infill. The fit is dialled in through many test prints, you may have to play with the scale but hopefully there's no issues. Took 3 hours with my settings.
