I drew inspiration from Derrick84's Note 4 Bracket and created my own custom design. It fits my phone and case perfectly, thanks to some changes I made along the way. For printing, I recommend using PLA or ABS plastic - personally, I prefer ABS because it adheres well to other printed parts when glued together. To fit the handlebars on my bike, a rubber tape must already be wrapped around them, so print this design with the understanding that electrical tape will need to be used for the final assembly. September 13th, 2015 This is an ongoing project for me - I'm content with the main bracket and sound pipe designs but still need to finish working on the connector piece that screws into the four holes in the bracket itself. **Step-by-Step Instructions** To get started, print all parts using ABS plastic. Acetone will be needed to glue them together once they're ready. For attaching everything to your bike's handlebars, I've designed the frame with four M3 countersunk screw holes - just use some of these screws and hold everything in place until fully dry. To get optimal results from this project, it is suggested that you print using ABS plastic at a layer resolution of 0.2mm or finer and set your build plate to the temperature that works best for your specific printer settings. For me personally, I have found setting my temperature to 105 degrees Celsius works well. Once all bracket parts are complete they should be glued together with some acetone. After printing and preparing all the components of this custom phone mount it will need M3 countersunk screws for attachment until dry and set to the desired firmness. For attaching it to a recumbent tricycle handlebars two locking nuts may come in handy to keep everything firmly secured once connected properly.
