This is a protection case I designed for the Galaxy A70. It's made up of three parts that are screwed together with the phone in between, ensuring maximum security and durability. The holes on each part are specifically designed to accommodate metric 3mm screws (M3), which provides added stability and support. I highly recommend using screws with a length of 5mm (M3x5) for optimal performance. Additionally, when securing the physical buttons, M3 screws with a length of 6mm (M3x6) should be used to ensure they are firmly in place. To prevent any movement or vibration, I suggest using O-rings that measure 5x2mm, which will provide a snug fit and a pleasant touch. The holes on the backplate offer ample space for attaching additional accessories, with updates planned for future releases. For maximum durability, it's essential to print the pieces solidly, as this will ensure they can withstand regular use without any issues. This case is specifically designed to work seamlessly with tempered glass screen protectors. Please note that this project is currently in its beta phase and is subject to improvement and updates. As a service technician, I've experienced firsthand the frustration of dealing with traditional phone holders and powerline connectors. That's why I created this innovative design, which allows for easy phone insertion and automatic cable attachment. The mount is adjustable, allowing you to customize its angles by tightening the screws as needed. To attach the block to the back side of the case, use four M3x5 screws. For the phone holder, employ M5x16 screws, ensuring a snug fit when sliding in your Galaxy A70. If the parts don't align perfectly, check your printer settings or use abrasive tools to make any necessary adjustments. For the powerline instructions: 1. Slide your Galaxy A70 into the holder. 2. Plug in the USB-C cable. 3. Secure the plug with hot glue, resin, or another suitable material, taking care not to damage the phone case. Apply tape or oil to prevent the glue from sticking to the phone's surface. Depending on the cable used, you may need to trim down the insulation around the plug slightly.
