Here's a Phone Mount I Made for My Motorcycle. This holder fits my Samsung 9+ perfectly, even with a Spigen Case Thin Fit. The phone slides in from one side and is secured by a cover that tightens down with a screw. The bar diameter on this bike is 22.5 mm, so I used good double-sided tape to ensure it's tight and doesn't tilt while driving. Mount Bolts: I used M4 bolts (Hornback PLU-nr 12122) for the mount. Cover Tightening Screw: I repurposed a GoPro bolt with a GoPro Knut to tighten the cover down. Alternatively, you can buy a few on AliExpress by searching for "SOONSUN 3 pcs/lot Black Aluminum thumb Knob Bolt Nut Screw set for GoPro Hero 4 3+ 3 SJCAM For Xiaomi Yi Action Camera Accessory". Charging Cable: This is a cheap cable from AliExpress with a 90-degree angle. To align the connector perfectly, glue the holder part to the case when the phone is in place. DO NOT use PLA for this print, as it's not strong and can't handle heat; it may also deform over time.
